The sooner, the better!
Ideally, we should work together within 3 to 6 months of your launch. 6 months is ideal if this is your first book or podcast launch; 2-3 months is sufficient for subsequent launches.
If you’re really pressed for time, we can work together a month before launch, but that’s not ideal because good content takes time to research, develop, and test.
