Four-Step Design Process:

  • You’ll purchase a Squarespace template, or we can use one you have already purchased. We can suggest Squarespace templates for you, as well. Our favorite Squarespace templates are from GoLiveHQ, which we can purchase for you for $199 (30%).

  • We'll use your Squarespace template to execute your vision and build your website. Then we’ll ask for your feedback and revise your website until you're delighted.

  • Time to pop the champagne! We’ll launch your website to the world.

  • Finally, we'll train you on how to update your website and provide any additional support for the next 30 days via email. In addition, we'll enroll you in our complimentary maintenance plan for three months post-launch to track how well your website performs.

QUESTIONS? WE HAVE ANSWERS

  • Yes, we can set up blog posts and pages for podcast episodes on your custom book landing page. However, we don’t recommend adding blog pages to your custom book landing page. The book landing page should be a stand-alone website so as not to distract your readers from one purpose - purchasing your book.

  • Yes, we have a happiness guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our work, we won’t transfer the work, and you will receive a 50% refund.

  • First, you’ll have to tell us what you want! The more specifics, the better. You can send us any images, text, or websites that appeal to you. We will also discuss your business goals and website strategy. This usually takes 1-2 hours.

    Next, we will send you a list of content inputs we will need from you. This includes any text, photos, images, links, social media handles, etc., that you want on your website. This is usually the most challenging and takes about 2-5 hours.

    We will then send you a website mock-up. You will then need to review, edit, and sign off on our mock-up. We’ll build the website based on this mock-up, so we need this mock-up to be as precise as it can be. This usually takes 1-2 hours.

    Finally, once you receive the built website, we’ll need your edits to finalize the website. This usually takes 1-2 hours.

    You can expect to commit about 10-12 hours to this endeavor.

  • Yes! See our copywriting packages.

  • No, we don’t provide photos, but we would be happy to refer you to our favorite brand photographers! Reach out to us at hello@powerhouse-strategy.com if you want referrals.

  • We can build on Wix, but we don’t build on WordPress or Showit. We think WordPress and Showit are too complicated for you to maintain. Email us at hello@powerhouse-strategy.com if you want referrals for WordPress or Showit designers.

  • Let’s talk! We have limited spots available; clients also usually need at least 1-2 months to get their copy, graphics, and photos ready for us to work with.

  • Rebuilding websites is essentially the same work as building a new website, so we don’t offer discounts for re-builds. However, we will develop custom pricing if you want us to fix up 1 or 2 pages of your existing Squarespace website.

  • Powerhouse Strategy is based in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. However, we serve clients worldwide thanks to Internet tools such as Zoom.

  • The price for this service does not include the cost of the template.

    Our favorite templates are our templates or templates from GoLiveHQ, one of the two top Squarespace template shops.
    We offer discounted pricing for GoLiveHQ templates at $199/each (33% off!).

  • Yes, we provide monthly or as-needed support. Read more about our care and maintenance plans here.

  • Yes, you will be able to maintain the website. However, many of our clients find that maintaining their websites is not the best use of their time, so we offer care and maintenance plans here.
